If your device is offline (showing a globe icon with slash through in the home screen)
Test the communication and read the error
- Click on Maintenance Button on device (button with 3 slashes)
- Hit Maintenance Mode on screen
- Password is 115190 hit enter
- Click on Tests>Communications
- Hit Play
- If failure, write down the error message exactly as it appears and share with a DWS or IT representative. This error will help find the exact next steps to take.
Check WiFi network or change network
- Click on Maintenance Button on device (button with 3 slashes)
- Hit Maintenance Mode on screen
- Password is 115190 hit enter
- Click on Settings > Communication Settings
- Click on WiFi button
- Search for an open network or one with a password you know and select it. Follow the prompts to connect
- Hit back to the Maintenance Mode menu
- Click on Tests>Communications>Play
- if failure, write down the error message and share with your DWS or IT representative.
Try to reboot device:
- Click on Maintenance Button on device (button with 3 slashes)
- Hit Maintenance Mode on screen
- Password is 115190 hit enter
- Click on Advanced>Restart Device
- Click Restart Device and Yes.
- Clock will reboot and take you back to the home page.
