What is the job application process with SourceNow?

This is a brief overview of the SourceNow job application, including where to start, and what to expect.

SourceNow Job Application Process

  1. Apply Online – Complete your application at mysourcenow.com. You’ll receive a confirmation email from sourcenow@myavionte.com.
  2. Connect with a Recruiter – Contact a SourceNow branch or recruiter for the latest local job openings. If you haven’t heard from one, click here for branch contact info. [Refer to the Branch_Office_State_Assignments… document]
  3. Job Matching – Recruiters will try to match you with open positions. This may involve pre-screening or interviews with SourceNow or the client.
  4. Onboarding – If you accept an offer, the SourceNow Onboarding team will send you an email from notifications@myavionte.com inviting you to set up your Avionte Connect account and to complete onboarding tasks (e.g., background checks, drug screens) Use this account for onboarding tasks, assignment updates, paycheck info, direct deposit, and W-2 access.
  5. First Paycheck – Paid weekly, usually the Friday after your first full week of work. Track your time as instructed by your recruiter/client.
